Fué en el mes de mayo cuando decidí hacer mi primera ( y hasta ahora única) tortuga Gertrudis.
La verdad es que desde que la ví en internet, me dejó enamorada. ;)
Parece muy dificil de hacer, pero en realidad es relativamente facilita.Creerme.
Lo mejor de todo, es que la podeis hacer salada, o dulce, e incorporar en el pan( el caparazón) el ingrediente que querais.
A mí me pareció más sencillo, hacer el caparazón de paté.
El resultado es una tortuga monísima, y que formó corrillo a su alrededor jajaja.
Ingredientes
.Aproximadamente media bolsa de pan de molde sin corteza
.Un par de tarros de paté del que más os guste(Yo lo hice de finas hierbas)
.Bollito de pan medias noches( 4, para las patas y la cabeza)
.Para la ensaladilla Rusa(Que será el interior de la tortuga)
.3 Patatas medianas cocidas
.Un bote de aceitunas verdes rellenas de anchoas.
.3 Latas de atún.
.3 huevos cocidos
.Mayonesa( 1 huevo, aceite de girasól, vinagre y sal)
.2 latas de pimentos rojos
.1 bote mediano de guisantes
Elaboración
Forramos una ensaladera con papel film de plástico.
Cada rebanada del pan de molde lo "aplastamos" con un rodillo, lo rellenamos del paté enrollandolos y después los cortamos en rodajitas más o menos de 1 cm de grosor.
Con estos cachitos vamos cubriendo todo el bol forrado con el plástico.Preparamos la ensaladilla mezclando todos los ingredientes bien picaditos .
Vertemos la ensaladilla ( o de lo que queramos rellenar la tortuga)en el bol forrado con los rollitos de pan y paté.Desmoldamos dandole la vueltasobre un plato o bandeja y decoramos.
A la mia le puse como patas la mitad de varias medias noches, y tb casi una entera para la cabeza.
Los ojitos eran 2 clavos ( 2 y 2) y la lengua un cachito de pimiento rojo.
